Phyllis Evelina Seckler
(1917-2004)
Soror Meral, IXth degree O.T.O.. Instrumental in the resurgence of the O.T.O. in the 1970's. Master of 418 Lodge of O.T.O. from its inception in 1979 through 2004. A.'.A.'. student of Jane Wolfe (Soror Estai). Founder of the College of Thelema and Co-Founder of the Temple of Thelema. Led both organizations until her death in 2004. Warranted the founding of the College of Thelema of Northern California and the Temple of the Silver Star. Editor of In the Continuum, the journal of the College of Thelema, for nearly 25 years.
